Account & checkout
- Create a trader account with email and password, then verify with the 6-digit OTP sent to your inbox.
- Checkout requires a verified email — use My account to resend the OTP if needed.
- Sign in to sync your manifest and view order history on Order ledger.
Orders & tracking
- Track any lot with order number + email on Track order.
- Order confirmation and status emails are sent via SMTP after checkout.
- Raise cancellation, refund or delivery issues from the order status support desk.
Payment options
Cash on Delivery (COD) — available on eligible orders. COD cold-chain shipping: ₹49.
UPI / Online payment — prepaid orders get free shipping. You are redirected to the payment gateway after sealing your order.
