Returns & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility
Returns/exchanges accepted for wrong product delivered, damaged items, or significant deviation from description. Request within 7 days of delivery with photographs.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Perishable produce that has been opened, consumed or stored improperly
- Items returned without cold-chain packaging or proof of damage
- Orders where delivery was accepted without noting damage at receipt
3. Refund Process
Prepaid refunds to original payment method within 7–10 business days. COD refunds via bank transfer within 7–10 business days after approval.
